Step 1: Coaching Conversation: Conceptualize (45 to 60 minutes)

Discover and create a vision for your book and a detailed profile of your reader.

 Step 2. Coaching conversation: Book structure, flow, and outline (45 to 60 minutes)

Brainstorm a structure and approach that fits the reader benefit you identify. Make sure structure is a good fit for your writing style.

Step 3. Coaching conversation: Sample chapter (45 to 60 minutes)

Will cover how to structure and pace a chapter and what elements needs to be in it. Follow-up will specifically identify what you do well, areas where you (or we as editors) will need to compensate, and a writing process that fits you well.

Manuscript consultations provide feedback on your manuscript and identify areas to work on in the next round of editing. Manuscript consultations look at both higher-order concerns, such as plot structure and character development, and lower-order concerns, such as style, tone, and dialogue.

Whether you are hoping to self-publish or pursue traditional publishing, a manuscript evaluation provides professional guidance to help get your novel ready for the next step.

Author coaching will guide you through the writing process, from idea to a finished manuscript.  

As your coach I will help you practice and work on technique. I will set a schedule and nutritional book advice to keep you motivated and focused. I hope to become both coach and cheerleader as you race towards your dream.
